Day 01 : Fes Airport--Transfer To Your Riad / Hotel
Upon arrival at Fes Airport, guests will be warmly welcomed by our team and escorted to their accommodation located in the heart of the historic Medina. Depending on arrival time, there will be an opportunity to participate in an optional guided tour during the afternoon, offering an introduction to the city’s rich heritage and vibrant atmosphere. Day 02 : Full Day To Explore Fes With Local Guide
After breakfast at your Riad, you’ll meet your local guide and start exploring the city of Fes. Begin at the Royal Palace, built on the same day the new city of Fes was founded. The city is divided into two parts: the old Medina and the new city. Next, visit the Chouara Tannery in the oldest Medina quarter, where sheepskins are tanned and crafted into shoes, accessories, and more. Surrounded by leather shops with terraces, you can look down onto the colorful tannery pits. Continue to the Mellah, the Jewish quarter, home to a 17th-century synagogue. Fes was once home to many Jews for centuries. You’ll also visit the University of Al-Qarawiyyin, the world’s oldest university, originally founded as a mosque and later becoming a major spiritual and educational center in the Islamic world.
Then, stroll through the old souks, wander the narrow alleys, and shop for souvenirs. Enjoy lunch in one of the charming streets in the heart of the old city before visiting Moroccan pottery and ceramic workshops, where you can watch master craftsmen create authentic Zellige tiles. Afterwards, drive to the highest point in northern Fes for a panoramic view of the old city. Your tour ends with drop-off at your hotel. Overnight in Fes.

Around 8 a.m., our team will meet you at your accommodation in Fes to kick off the next part of our journey. We’ll head to Chefchaouen, traveling through the beautiful Moroccan countryside. Our first stop is Volubilis, an ancient Roman city and one of Morocco’s most well-preserved archaeological treasures. Stroll among the fascinating ruins, mosaics, columns, and gates that reflect the Roman Empire’s legacy in the region, as a local guide shares captivating stories about this UNESCO World Heritage site and its history as a Roman settlement.
From there, we’ll continue to Chefchaouen, Morocco’s famous “blue pearl.” The drive through the Rif Mountains offers breathtaking views of lush valleys, rocky hills, and quaint villages. We’ll stop for lunch in small roadside spots before arriving in Chefchaouen, where the blue-painted buildings and winding alleys are sure to charm you.
